Each of the beautiful tents at impala has been designed to maximize comfort, while keeping in harmony with the nature around you. Each tent has its own unique view of the Rufiji River, making this the perfect spot to sit and reflect during your time between activities. The interiors have polished wood flooring and have been lovingly furnished with all you will need to make you comfortable and feel at home. 

Although well ventilated to make the most of the breeze at night, the tents are sealed from some smaller criters that both scurry and slither, that are best kept outside where they are happiest. Each of the tents has been raised off the ground onto a wooden platform, improving the view from your deck, while keeping you safely away from the bigger residents of the Reserve.

There are power sockets installed for charging up the necessaries, lights and a fan to keep the heat away. Power is available in your tent 24 hours a day, fed by solar energy. 

The bathrooms have been elegantly designed from locally sourced wood, and decorated with small touches of nature collected from your surroundings. Hot and cold water are available 24 hours a day. The water in the camp comes from the Rufiji river, and is filtered and treated to make it safe to shower with, although we reccomend you use the water provided in a thermos for drinking and brushing your teeth. 

Wifi and cellular access are completely available in every tent... Just kidding... No emails or calls while you are out here with us. Just peace, quiet and beauty.
