Recently Gerard Desroches went on a Tanzania safari and visited the Selous Game Reserve (where he stayed at Selous Impala camp) and the Ruaha National Park. Here are just a few of his photos of some of the bigger birds in Selous.

We recommend you try Selous Impala camp or Lake Manze camp for a birding safari in this area. These camps are 8-12 tents, with great guiding and max 4 persons per vehicle on game drives.
Ask for their 4 for 3 special rates in low season.
