Our guide will meet you at your hotel atabout 09.30 am and proceed to the House of Spices in the middle of Zanzibar Stone Town, meet & greet with the chef.
Next, together with your guide, you will go to Darajani for a tour inside the spice, fruit, meat & fish markets – 1 hour
The next stage is in the kitchen with House of Spices cook(s) where you will help to prepare a meal fixed by the main chef – 1h / 1h30
Finally you will enjoy the prepared meal at HOS with 1 dessert included.
